What We Don't Say Out Loud

Look. Some stuff is just hard to bring up. You know? The loneliness that crept in somewhere – maybe after a move, or when things changed. Family drama that would take hours to even begin explaining. That relationship you're still not sure how to process.

Here's what I find interesting though. A guy who ruled Rome dealt with anxiety. Actual anxiety. Wrote about it in his journal, never expecting anyone to read it. And a poet from Persia, centuries later, basically described what heartbreak feels like better than any of us could today.

We collected some of those voices here. Aurelius, Rumi, Frankl, and others. Not because they figured everything out. They didn't. But reading them helps somehow. Maybe one of these topics will speak to whatever you're carrying right now.
