Der wirtschaftliche Schaden allein durch Depressionen und Angstst\u00f6rungen wird auf eine Billion Dollar pro Jahr gesch\u00e4tzt.<\/p>\n<p>Hinter diesen Zahlen verbirgt sich etwas, das selten benannt wird: Die meisten Menschen, die k\u00e4mpfen, suchen nie Hilfe. Nicht, weil es keine Hilfe g\u00e4be, sondern weil ihr Problem unausgesprochen bleibt \u2013 aus Scham, aus Angst oder aus dem Gef\u00fchl heraus, der oder die Einzige zu sein. Eine Beziehung ohne Intimit\u00e4t, die Entfremdung von einem Kind, der Verlust von Glauben oder Identit\u00e4t: Es sind universelle K\u00e4mpfe, mit denen Menschen selten ein Wartezimmer betreten.<\/p>\n<p>Zugleich erh\u00f6ht die digitale Welt den Druck: sozialer Vergleich, Leistungsdruck und Informationsflut machen stilles Leid noch stiller.
